Payment can be made in different ways but before that it needs to be clear that either your order is going to be in bulk for business or just for your own use. There are different two modes of sending your payments from your local bank. If you want to have a huge quantity and prefer to minimize cargo cost, we then recommend you to use sea or air cargo. Similarly, if you want to have a very small quantity for your own use or sample, we then recommend you to courier service. According to government rule, a business company can export the goods when it has collected Advance Payment (AP) from the person or company to whom the company is going to ship the goods. When the receiver deposits the payment in the bank, then the bank will verify it by providing the Advance Payment Certificate (APC) to the account holder. However, for less quantity, which are going to be sent through courier like DHL, TNT, ARAMEX,FEDEX, SKYNET etc, need not to show the Advance Payment Certificate (APC) . Therefore, payment can be made easily at the bank by wire transfer and receive their goods at earliest. The detailed modes of payment are discussed below.

 

VIA Money Transfer is one the fastest, very reliable way to send and receive payments. There are many money transfer companies and they have numerous branches worldwide. You can send payment by Western Union Money Transfer, Money Gram, International Money Transfer etc. All these companies have number of branches here in Nepal too. Therefore if you need expedited deliver, we recommend you to wire your payment through Money Transfer. You may do it through your nearest local branch/agents of these Money Transfers. They will charge you some transfer fee, which you should afford yourself. After transferring your payment, you should send us the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which they will provide you. Once we receive your MTCN, we will ship your order same or Next day.

If you are willing to do wholesale business or bulk order with us for resale purpose in your local area and if shipment is made through Air or Sea Cargo, total payment should be made in advance through bank transfers using SWIFT wire transfer Because As per Nepalese export regulation, consignors are not allowed to deliver the consignment without submitting the Advance Payment Certificate (APC) to the custom office at the time of shipment. The bank issues the APC, only after receiving the payment in our favor. Payment terms can be totally prepaid or 50% paid in advance for confirmation and 50% paid before delivery, i.e. for goods ready to be shipped.
