We ship all ordered items via Cargo or courier services (door to door service) like UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, ARAMEX, SKYNET etc. however unless we may ship if customer chooses other available Shipping options as well. We calculate shipping charges based mostly on the weight (in some case, if the product is too light by weight after packing or more uneven size than the airlines cargo standard size value, we they can charge more than its actual weight is)of the product after packing and distance but not on the value of the items. Our intent is to charge you about what it costs us to ship it and we have set up this page to help you in determining the approximate costs. Once you complete the order details, there after, it will be easy for us to calculate what will be the total weight after packing and we will be notified immediately in ORDER CONFIRMATION email for your further order reference.

1. Mode of the shipping is depending on the choice of customer and it should be finalized by them.
2. Shipping cost comes different between the services provided by the shipping company and their services i.e. different courier service, air cargo (air cargo air port service), Land and sea cargo to the nearest port. It’s depending on the volume of the shipment.
3. Time frame to reach the shipment to customer depends on the destination. It might take from a week to several months to receive your order, depending on the shipping option you select.
4. Since all our products are handmade goods (Handicraft), there would be slide variation in sizes and weight after packing.
5. All the rates quoted (unless specified) are FOB price (Kathmandu); which includes all the necessary documentation charges, custom clearance charges, taxes, levies, packaging charges and local transportation charges inside Nepal. It does not include any shipping, handling and insurance charges.
6. Mode of shipment normally is determined by the customer, but certain products, according to value, must be shipped by specific carriers and methods to insure safe delivery.

This is a new option and service provided to our valuable customer is getting very affective now a days. We don’t have this service in all the countries but we are tying to manage to as more country as possible. In this service, the goods will first fly by the air cargo and when it reach to the nearest airport of our customer, we contact our local agent to give the home delivery clearing the custom and paying all the charges which is needed there.

We have other alternative cargo services to deliver your shipment. We can give service By Air/Sea Cargo and Sea Cargo. Both of these ways takes much long time than any other delivery system. If your order is going be in huge quantity (more than 500 Kg) and you are looking for cheaper way to deliver your goods, in that you can use this Air/Sea Cargo or Sea Cargo. • Customs clearance or duty tax charges and any other charges concerning the product or consignment are levied according to the rules and regulations of the destination country, and must be paid by the customer in his country.
• In case change of address or incorrect, incomplete address given by the consignee, the additional cost of delivering to the right address will be bear by the buyers.

Kukrimart.com doesn’t have any discount policy for the purchase of single or two pieces purchase. But client will get some percentage discount on some product. All depend on your order quantity.
